Paul Bambridge

Paul Bambridge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and pension consulting. Beginning the career at Norwich Union Life as a CSM from January 1990 to November 1995, Paul transitioned to various roles, including Consultant at Alfred Blackmore (1996 - 2001) and Associate Director at both Miller Financial Services Limited (2001 - 2004) and SBJ Benefit Consultants (2004 - 2009). From April 2009, Paul has been serving as a Senior Consultant at Aon Hewitt, specializing in DC pensions and advising employers on maximizing the value of their pension arrangements. Paul held the Associate Director position at Bluefin Corporate Consulting in 2008-2009 and is currently retired as of February 2024.
