Phil Luecht

Phil Luecht is a National Sales and Distribution Executive with nearly 40 years of diverse sales and leadership expertise. They have held significant roles at Aon for the past 17 years, including serving as EVP of North American Sales, where they led cultural and operational turnarounds. Currently, Phil leads talent acquisition for the US Commercial Risk and Health business. Earlier in their career, Phil held senior positions at Marsh and Johnson & Higgins, demonstrating a strong capability in turnaround management and talent development.
