Phil Sartain

Phil Sartain is an experienced talent acquisition and recruitment professional with a diverse background in early careers talent management and employee engagement. From June 2008 to October 2009, Phil served as the Corporate Support Manager at the Citizenship Foundation, where responsibilities included developing employee engagement opportunities. Currently, Phil leads the Early Careers Talent Acquisition team for Aon in the UK & EMEA, overseeing graduate, intern, and apprentice recruitment for approximately 350 new colleagues annually. Phil's extensive experience includes roles at AIESEC UK, Accenture, and Aberdeen Asset Management, managing recruitment strategies, candidate selection, and event logistics. Phil holds a BA in Managerial & Administrative Studies from Aston University, obtained in 2005.
