Philip Smaje

Philip Smaje is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the risk and broking sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of Risk Capital at Aon, Philip has previously held leadership roles such as Global Chief Broking Officer and Global Industry Specialty Leader for Transportation & Logistics at Aon. Prior positions include Head of Broking at Ardonagh Specialty and various executive roles at Willis, culminating in CEO of Aerospace at Willis Towers Watson. Philip earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Business Studies from the University of Westminster and a degree from Cranfield University's School of Management.
