Philippe Lüthy

Philippe Lüthy, lic.oec.publ., serves as the Head of Investments for the DACH Region at Aon, where they are the principal senior consultant in the Investment Practice. With over 24 years of experience in the investment process for institutional investors, Philippe has expertise in governance, organizational matters, asset-liability management studies, asset manager selection, and board member training. Prior to their current role, they held positions such as Head Investment Switzerland at Aon and Senior Investment Consultant at Complementa Investment-Controlling AG. Philippe also spent time on a sabbatical traveling with family and held roles including Compliance Officer at AVADIS and CIO at Mercer. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Universität Zürich.
