Prosper De Maat is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Chief HR Officer at Aon Benelux, where they also contribute to the Executive Board and the Management Committee. With extensive experience in HR leadership roles across various companies including Deloitte & Touche and ING, Prosper has managed talent and organization development for thousands of employees across the EMEA region. They previously held senior positions at Aon, including HR Director for Health Solutions EMEA and Head of Talent & Development for Aon Risk Solutions. Prosper began their professional journey as a Research Director at Spencer Stuart before advancing to a Senior Associate at Egon Zehnder International.
