Qin Lu is an experienced CEO and board director with a strong background in the (re)insurance industry, specifically across the Asian region. Previously, they served as the CEO of Reinsurance Solutions for Greater China and the Commercial Risk Solutions in China at Aon from 2016 to 2023, and currently hold the title of CEO for Greater China and Head of North Asia at Aon. Prior to this, Qin was the China President at Swiss Re from 2013 to 2015. They hold an MBA from Providence College, acquired between 1993 and 1995.
