Ratnesh Singh is an IT Service Management and Technology Operations leader with over 15 years of experience. They began their career as a Product Development Specialist at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, later providing technical support at Dell from 2006 to 2009. Ratnesh has taken on several roles in IT management, including IT India Manager at Aon since 2018, and previously served as an Incident Manager and NOC Supervisor at Aon Hewitt and Navisite, respectively.
