Currently serving as a Strategic Consultant at Aon, Rhowena previously held roles such as Human Resource and General Services Manager at Alliance Select Foods International and Plant Resident/HR Manager at SteelAsia Manufacturing Corporation. Rhowena’s academic background includes a Master of Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Special Education from Ateneo de Davao University. As a former professor at Ateneo de Davao University, Rhowena taught various subjects in human resources and management while also managing the Management Department's programs.
