Prior to this, Richard was the Head of Upstream Energy for Asia at Willis Towers Watson, focusing on business development and market placement. Richard's career began at Miller Insurance Services LLP, where roles included Executive Associate and Regional Upstream Practice Leader, alongside positions in marketing and client servicing within the upstream energy sector.
