Richard Ford

Richard Ford is currently the AVP and Senior Risk Consultant at Aon, having joined the company in 2023. Previously, Richard served as a Risk Consultant at Aon and worked as a Fire Risk Surveyor at Aon Fire Protection Engineering from 2016 to 2018, where they inspected fire suppression systems and developed client relationships. From 2008 to 2016, Richard was a Senior Firefighter with the New Zealand Fire Service. They are pursuing a Certified Fire Protection Specialist designation from NFPA and hold a Canadian Risk Management degree from the University of Toronto as well as a Diploma in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources from Massey University.
