Rick Jones

Rick Jones is a Senior Partner at Aon, where they provide innovative retirement solutions and consulting globally. They have a wealth of experience, having previously served as a Consulting Actuary and Market Leader at Hewitt Associates LLC from 1987 to 2007. Rick has led clients through significant industry changes, including the SECURE Act and Pooled Employer Plans, and has been active in advocating for better outcomes for American workers and businesses. A Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary, Rick's expertise has been showcased on CNBC and before the U.S. Senate. They hold a BBA in Actuarial Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
