Robert Chmielarski

Robert Chmielarski is currently the FP&A Team Manager at Aon, where they manage two FP&A teams, focusing on employee performance, recruitment, and process efficiencies. Previously, Robert held various roles at Aon, including FP&A Operations Manager and Senior FP&A Analyst, where they contributed to budget preparation and performance analysis. Before joining Aon, Robert worked at mBank S.A., Księga sp. z o.o., and CH2M, gaining experience in banking, accounting, and project finance. Robert earned a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie in 2015.
