Rochelle Hermes is currently a Client Manager in the Health & Benefits division at Aon, where they design, manage, and negotiate employee benefit insurance programs for medium and large employers. With a passion for balancing insurance spend and employee support, Rochelle has extensive experience that spans business development, consulting, and broking. They developed their expertise in the financial services industry starting in their father's advisory practice, later holding positions at IFS Insurance Solutions and Asteron, among others. Rochelle earned a Diploma of Financial Services Essentials from Deakin Financial Planning in 2001.
