Romina Colciago is currently the Head of Health Data Strategy and Head of Welfare & Wellbeing Solutions at Aon Italia, where they focus on health data strategy and business health analytics. Previously, Romina held various leadership roles at Aon and Aon Hewitt, including Director of Risk Management Advisory and Head of Human Capital, Healthcare & Analytics. With a strong background in risk management and consulting, Romina has also worked at RVA Rasini Viganò and EFESO Consulting. They are pursuing a degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Politecnico di Milano.
