Rose Freeman

Rose Freeman is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist specializing in talent management, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Aon. They have a strong background in academic research and talent analytics, focusing on implementing digital processes and AI assessment tools to help organizations prepare for an uncertain future. Previously, Rose held positions as a researcher and consultant across various organizations, including the NHS and the Matrix Knowledge Group, where they evaluated organizational change and employee engagement.
