Ross Murphy has worked in the insurance sector for over 20 years, beginning their career in the London market and later transitioning to Calgary, Canada. They served in various leadership roles at Aon, currently as Managing Director & National Director - Natural Resources, where Ross focuses on delivering strategic solutions in the Energy, Mining, Power & Utilities, and Renewable Energy sectors. Prior to Aon, Ross held positions at Marsh and Talisman Energy, where they developed expertise in risk management for multinational clients. Ross is also involved in youth soccer coaching, serving as Head Coach for U10 Rangers FC 14 Navy since 2024. Ross graduated from Heriot-Watt University in 2014.
