With a strong background in talent management and project management, they have successfully implemented significant HR initiatives and transformation projects across the Pacific region. Rowena's previous roles include Sourcing Leader at Korn/Ferry Futurestep and Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte Australia, among others. They hold a Bachelor of Economics and Social Science (HONS I) from the University of Sydney, with a focus on psychology and human resource management.
