Rupert Poland

Rupert Poland is an experienced professional in the digital asset sector, currently serving as a Digital Asset Leader at Aon since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rupert worked at Marsh McLennan from September 2019 to June 2025, where responsibilities included serving as Digital Asset Leader for UK FINPRO and Vice President, with a focus on the UK financial institutions sector. Rupert's career also involved roles as an Insurance Broker and participation in a graduate development program. Early work experience included an internship at MS Amlin, where Rupert shadowed a senior underwriter in Lloyd's of London. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Exeter, supplemented by a recent course at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
