Ryan Healy is a Cyber M&A Associate Director at Aon, where they advise clients on Cyber Security and Risk across various industries. In their current role, Ryan focuses on guiding Private Equity clients through the Cyber Risks associated with Portfolio and Target organizations during both pre-deal and post-deal engagements. Prior to this, Ryan served as an M&A Cyber Consultant at Aon and worked as an Enterprise Cyber Security Specialist at Fujitsu. They possess a strong ability to communicate Cyber Risk effectively to C-Suite stakeholders and to manage client relationships.
