Ryan Maes

Ryan Maes is a Finance Director at Aon, where they began their career in the Finance Leadership Program, gaining extensive experience in the finance organization. They were hired early to support the Health & Benefits consulting practice and have worked in roles including Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, and Finance Manager. Ryan has contributed to general ledger accounting, financial planning and analysis, and corporate treasury, earning a "Bravo Award" for their efforts. They graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Agricultural and Consumer Economics, where they also served as a Peer Educator and held leadership roles in student organizations.
