Sander Brentjes

Sander Brentjes is a Principal Consultant in Global Benefits at Aon, where they have been driving strategic initiatives since 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Global Benefits Analyst at Aon from 2012 to 2016, coordinating global employee benefit programs and managing benefit inventories. Sander holds a Bachelor of Science and two Master of Science degrees in Business Administration with specializations in Strategy & Organization and Marketing from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Additionally, they have been actively involved as Chairman of the Ayoung Board, fostering engagement among Aon's young professionals since 2014.
