Sarah Steele

Sarah Steele is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. At Aon, Sarah served as Assistant General Counsel, leading a legal team focused on advising the health solutions business line. Previous positions include Global Co-Lead and Assistant General Counsel for Digital Client Solutions, as well as Senior Counsel at Northern Trust, where management of a personal trust operations team occurred. Sarah also held roles as Assistant General Counsel at Sears Holdings Corporation, overseeing ethics and compliance programs, and managed complex litigation at The Quinlan Law Firm. Early career experience includes positions at Bell, Boyd & Lloyd, LLC, and Grippo & Elden, LLC, where significant litigation successes were achieved. Sarah holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in English from Northwestern University.
