With a background in corporate insurance, Scott has previously held roles at Admiral Group plc, Towergate Insurance Brokers Wales, and NFU Mutual, where they developed strong client relationships and offered tailored insurance solutions. An award-winning professional, Scott received the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Young Achiever of the Year award for Swansea and West Wales in 2019, as well as winning the British Insurers Brokers Association Hackathon the same year. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Greenwich and an ILM Level 5 in Operational Management with Distinction from Raise The Bar.
