Scott Smith, CPE Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, is a Director and Ergonomics Thought Leader at Aon, overseeing a US-based ergonomics team that provides strategic casualty risk control support. They have extensive experience in integrating ergonomics into lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices, having held key roles such as VP of Western Operations at Humantech and Global Ergonomics Practice Leader at EORM. Scott’s career includes significant contributions to reducing ergonomic injuries through innovative consulting and program development across multiple continents. They hold a BSC in Ergonomics and Biomechanics from the University of Waterloo.
