Sean Newman

Sean Newman is an accomplished educator, researcher, and consultant currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Aon, where they oversee a team managing service delivery contracts for over 300 clients. With nearly two decades of experience at Aon, they have led complex HR outsourcing engagements and developed client strategies that resulted in significant revenue growth. Sean is also a part-time faculty member at the University of Central Florida, teaching MBA courses and conducting research on leadership and virtual teams. Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration from Rollins College, Sean is dedicated to community service, including roles on the Board of Directors for Hope Helps and leading fundraising efforts for the American Heart Association.
