Sheena Chen

Sheena Chen is an experienced professional currently serving as Director and Head of Governance (Co-Lead) at Aon since November 2022. Prior to this role, Sheena worked at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority from June 2019 to October 2022, holding various positions including Advisor in the Executive Office, Advisor for Resolution, and Risk Specialist in Governance, Remuneration, and Accountability. Sheena’s earlier career includes several roles at Commonwealth Bank from December 2011 to May 2019, such as Senior Manager in Group RRRC & Risk in Performance and Manager of Executive Remuneration and Governance. Educationally, Sheena completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Human Resources and Finance from UNSW.
