Siddick K. is the Director of the M&A and Transaction Solutions team at Aon, specializing in Insurance Transaction Solutions in Asia since 2022. With extensive expertise in M&A insurance and various deal structures, they previously spent a decade at PwC, where they engaged in over 50 transactions across multiple industries, focusing on buy-side and sell-side diligence. Siddick graduated with a Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, and Management from the University of Nottingham in 2011 and became a member of the HKICPA in 2013. They also represented the Hong Kong National team in the East Asian Games 2009, securing a Bronze Medal.
