Simon Herborn

Simon Herborn is an Associate Partner at Aon, where they have been a trusted advisor to public pension schemes across the GCC region since 2019. Their expertise includes advanced liability modeling, data analytics, and funding strategy, as well as supporting private-sector employers with IFRS compliance on end-of-service benefit costs. Prior to relocating to the GCC in 2014, Simon began their consulting career in the UK and worked in India with a Big 4 firm. They have also previously held roles as a Senior Consulting Actuary at Milliman and as a Manager at Deloitte. Currently, Simon is pursuing a Master of Arts in Mathematical Sciences at the University of Oxford.
