Simon Newport

Simon Newport is a highly experienced professional in the property broking field, currently serving as the South Region Property Leader and Managing Director at Aon since January 1996. With over thirty years of expertise, Simon oversees Aon Bermuda’s Property Broking Group and has been instrumental in advising large clients on complex risk exposures since relocating to Bermuda in 2008. Prior to this role, Simon held leadership positions, including Director of the Property Practice Group in Chicago, where responsibilities included designing and placing property programs on a global scale. Earlier career experiences include senior broker roles at Rollins Hudig Hall Limited and Leslie & Godwin North American Limited, as well as foundational work as a broker with Leslie & Godwin UK Limited.
