Stefan Steciw

Stefan Steciw, MBA, is currently the Senior Vice President and Strategic Growth Leader at Aon, a role they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as Senior Vice President and Vice President at Guy Carpenter, where they provided critical financial intermediary services and negotiated complex reinsurance programs. Stefan began their career as an Equity & Futures Trader at Orbixa and later worked as an Actuarial Analyst at Thomas Schinbein Actuarial Services. They earned an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and are pursuing a degree in Honors Specialization Actuarial Science at The University of Western Ontario.
