Steve Dando

Steve Dando is the CEO of Aon’s Strategy & Technology Group and Inpoint for the UK and EMEA. Previously, they served as a Managing Director at The Ardonagh Group and held various leadership roles at Marsh, including Vice President and Senior Vice President. Dando began their career as a Commissioned Officer in the British Army, where they retired as a Senior Captain, and also worked as a Broker for Financial Lines at Howden Insurance Brokers Limited. They received their training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
