Steve Dudkiewicz, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President of Health Solutions at Aon, where responsibilities include consulting large clients on strategies to manage employee benefits costs through competitive and innovative frameworks. Previously, as a Senior Human Capital Consultant at Aon, Steve focused on enhancing productivity and revenue by implementing total rewards strategies aligned with corporate culture. Prior experience includes serving as an Employee Benefits & Risk Advisor at HNI Risk Services, advising clients on cost-control strategies for employee benefits, and holding roles at ADP and MRA in business development and account management.
