Steve Gilbert

Steve Gilbert is the Director of Product Management & Design at Aon Assessment Solutions, where they oversee the development and implementation of innovative products. Previously, they served as Head of Pre-Sales Technology & Multimedia at SHL, managing multimedia teams and delivering complex projects. With a background as Creative Director for Sony Psygnosis and Squash DVD Ltd, Steve has extensive experience in producing and directing multimedia content across various platforms. They began their educational journey with a BA in Graphics Design and Animation from De Montfort University.
