Steve Hofmann is the CEO of the Americas for Reinsurance Solutions at Aon, overseeing all reinsurance operations across North and Latin America. With over 35 years in the reinsurance industry, they have held multiple senior roles since joining Aon in 1997, including CEO of Aon’s U.S. reinsurance business. A graduate of Northwestern University with a B.A. in Economics, Steve has participated in executive management programs at both Northwestern University and the University of Chicago. Based in Chicago, they express a passion for skiing and golfing, particularly in Park City, Utah, alongside family and friends.
