Steven Leigh

Steven Leigh is an Associate Partner at Aon with over 20 years of experience in the pension scheme and benefits strategy sector. In the current role, they support corporate and trustee clients in managing pension strategy and improving outcomes for members. Previously, Steven held positions at Friends Life Group, JLT, Towers Watson, Standard Life, and Barclays, where they consulted on various aspects of defined contribution pensions and employee benefits. They also contribute to Aon’s research into member behaviors and expectations in the evolving pensions landscape. Steven is pursuing an education at Manchester University.
