Stuart Beards

Stuart Beards is an experienced Operations Leader with a background in both Retail and Wholesale Insurance. They currently serve as the Operations Leader for Aon's Property, Casualty & Crisis Management division, where they drive operational excellence and lead teams in London. Stuart holds an Executive MBA from Imperial College Business School and is pursuing the FCII designation. Previously, they held several leadership roles at Gallagher, where they mentored colleagues and drove innovation across multiple business units. Outside of work, Stuart is dedicated to talent development and enjoys rowing, cycling, and photography.
