Sue Austen

Sue Austen is a Pension Trustee Adviser at Aon, where they have been a Partner since 2023, following their role as Associate Partner from 2017 to 2023. With over 30 years of experience in UK pensions, Sue leads the trustee secretariat, pensions management, and secondment services, guiding a team of over 100 colleagues while supporting trustees and in-house pensions teams. They earned a BSc in Mathematics from the University of York between 1985 and 1988 and have a keen interest in diversity and inclusion within governance boards in the pensions sector.
