Sunil Yadav

Sunil Yadav has extensive experience in actuarial operations, having held various roles at Aon Hewitt and Mercer. At Aon Hewitt, Sunil started as an Actuarial Analyst, focusing on UK DB pension scheme valuations and accounting disclosures, and progressed to Senior Actuarial Analyst, where team management and workflow optimization were key responsibilities. Subsequently, Sunil served as Service Manager, overseeing offshore valuation processes and managing a team of 30 actuarial analysts. In the role of Operation Manager, Sunil played a crucial role in establishing a retirement team in NCR, handling transition plans and team management. Currently, Sunil is an Associate Director at Aon, following a tenure as Process Manager at Mercer. Sunil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Hindu College.
