Tamara O'Brien

Tamara O'Brien, FSA, EA is currently an Associate Partner at Aon, where they work in the Retirement practice to assist plan sponsors in managing their retirement plans through data and innovative solutions. Previously, Tamara served as a Retirement Consultant and Senior Retirement Consultant at Aon Hewitt, managing pension and post-retirement medical plans, and held positions as an Actuarial Analyst and Senior Actuarial Analyst at Watson Wyatt and Towers Watson, respectively. Tamara is deeply passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, leading local initiatives and contributing to national discussions on reducing the retirement income gap. Their efforts include co-authoring articles and developing tools to evaluate benefits through a DEI perspective while supporting training sessions focused on these critical issues. Tamara earned a degree from Old Dominion University, graduating in 2004.
