Tara Hillfram

Tara Hillfram is currently a Director of Cyber Coverage & Claims at Aon, leveraging over 10 years of international experience in cyber insurance, people leadership, and change management to drive revenue growth. Previously, Tara held significant roles at Marsh, including Head of Claims Solutions Europe, where they led a team of over 170 claims specialists across multiple countries. Tara also completed internships at Beiersdorf and Intertek early in their career. Educated with a Master of Laws in Insurance Law from the University of Hamburg and a Master's degree in International Business from Maastricht University, Tara has a strong foundation in business administration, holding a Bachelor's degree from Universität Mannheim.
