Terry Dodsworth

Terry Dodsworth is the Canadian Commercial Broking Leader at Aon, where they work with clients across Canada and foster an innovative and collaborative culture. With a career at Aon that began in various Ontario regional leadership roles, Terry built the National Broking Power & Utilities Centre of Excellence and has a proven record of growth and project success. Previously, they served as a Senior Underwriter at AIG. Terry is currently pursuing multiple leadership programs at prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School, while also holding an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto.
