Terry McSweeney currently serves as Vice President of Global Benefits at Aon, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Terry held various leadership positions at Willis Towers Watson from January 2016 to May 2023, including Europe Head of Broking and Broking Strategy for Health and Benefits, and Markets and Solutions Leader for the Expatriate Business. Terry's earlier experience includes roles at Towers Watson, Zurich Insurance Group as Vice President of Corporate Life and Pensions, and AIG as Vice President of Foreign Benefits.
