Theo Sharp

Theo Sharp is a highly experienced executive compensation expert with over 25 years in the field. Currently serving as a Partner in Executive Compensation at Aon since July 2022, Theo provides guidance to Boards of Directors and C-suite executives on executive compensation design and implementation. Previous roles include Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, where the focus was on total compensation strategy and incentive plan design, and Managing Director at both Pearl Meyer and Frederic W. Cook & Co., Inc. Early career experience includes significant positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Andersen, and Fidelity Investments. Theo holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
