Tim Brennan

Tim Brennan is an Associate General Counsel at Aon, where they currently serve as the Global Law & Compliance Co-Lead for the Commercial Risk Solutions division. With a rich background in legal support for mergers and acquisitions, regulatory approvals, and commercial transactions, Tim has developed extensive expertise in risk advisory and structured solutions. Previously, Tim worked as a Senior Counsel and Associate at Aon, and as an Associate at DLA Piper LLP and Deloitte LLP. Tim holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, Tim served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Justo Arenas in the United States District Court.
