Tim Hayes

Tim Hayes is currently the Regional Claims Director for North & Scotland at Aon, where they manage claims portfolios for corporate clients across various sectors, including retail and healthcare. They lead a team of Claims Management Executives and oversee client and Third Party Administrator audits to ensure efficient claims management. Tim began their career as a loss adjuster and has since held roles in claims management at several leading firms, including Zurich and Griffiths & Armour. Tim holds a BA(Hons) in Business Management from The University of Manchester and a degree in Business Management & Leisure from Wirral Grammar School for Boys.
