Tim Lemm

Tim Lemm is currently the Senior Director of Counter Threat Engineering at Aon, where they lead cybersecurity initiatives encompassing security operations and data security systems. Prior to this role, Tim served as Senior Director of Detection Engineering at Aon. They previously worked in various leadership and engineering positions, including as a Principal Engineer for Threat Detection and Response at Gemini and in multiple roles within the United States Army Reserve, where they led units focused on cyber network defense. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Engineering in Cyber Security from the University of Maryland College Park, along with certificates in advanced computer security from Stanford University.
