Todd Dolezal

Todd Dolezal is the Director of Global Protection Services at Alight Solutions, a role they have held since 2017. They previously served as the Director of Corporate Protection Services for the Americas at Aon since 2011 and have extensive experience as an Assistant Security Manager and Regional Security Operations Manager at Hewitt Associates from 1995 to 1999. Earlier in their career, Todd worked as a Senior Security Specialist at Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics Corporation from 1988 to 1995. Todd holds an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Harper College and a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement Administration, Security Management, and Business Administration, cum laude, from Western Illinois University.
