Todd Trautman is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Health Analytics Outcomes Measurement at Aon since July 2025. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of Senior Manager of Data Analytics at Cigna Healthcare from September 2019 to May 2025. Todd's extensive experience also includes a role as Director of Analytics at Kaiser Permanente, where responsibilities involved leading teams in advanced statistical methods, adopting lean six sigma techniques, and managing clinical informatics software development teams. Additionally, Todd served as Principal in Strategic Management Consulting, providing analytic insights for decision-making. Todd began the career as an Analyst at National Research Corporation from November 2003 to February 2006. Educational achievements include a PhD and a master’s degree in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Kansas State University, respectively, along with coursework at Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Concordia College - Moorhead.
