Tom Neff

Tom Neff is a retired Global eBusiness Director at Aon, where they specialized in the global implementation of reinsurance XML standards and have over 20 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Previously, Neff served as Assistant Vice President - Director Reinsurance Standards at Aon Reinsurance and held roles at Prudential Insurance, LCM eSolutions, and ACORD. They earned an M.B.A. in Information Technology from Monmouth University and a B.A. in Management from Rutgers University. Neff has been recognized with multiple ACORD Leadership Awards and a Ruschlikon Lifetime Achievement Award for their contributions to the field. Currently, they are open to part-time opportunities.
